These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by SUNDARAM ENTERPRISES (Proprietorship Firm), operating under the brand name Verve. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
- Verve is a brand name of SUNDARAM ENTERPRISES, a Proprietorship firm situated at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
- Verve offers bespoke designer garments including bridal lehengas, ethnic wear, indo-western wear, western wear, and kids' fashion.
- All garments are custom-made and tailored to individual specifications unless stated otherwise.
- Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Actual colours and details may vary slightly due to screen resolution and handcraft variations.
- Design customisation is available subject to feasibility and at the discretion of our design team.
3. Orders & Pricing
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- An advance payment (as communicated during consultation) is required to confirm any custom order.
- Final pricing will be confirmed after a thorough consultation factoring in fabric, design complexity, embellishments, and customisation requests.
- GST and applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government norms.
4. Custom Orders & Cancellations
- Since all garments are bespoke and custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting has commenced.
- Cancellation requests made before fabric cutting may be considered, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order value.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.
- Alterations will be provided free of charge within 7 days of delivery, subject to reasonable modification requests.
5. Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on the complexity of the order, especially during peak wedding/festive seasons.
- We shall make reasonable efforts to deliver your garment on time, but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
- Custom-made garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the garment, accompanied by photographs.
- Ready-to-wear items (if available) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the item being unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including designs, images, text, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of SUNDARAM ENTERPRISES / Verve.
- Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Verve / SUNDARAM ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the services provided by SUNDARAM ENTERPRISES / Verve, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
