1. Delivery Areas
- Gwalior City: Free in-store pickup is available from our boutique at Plot No. 14, B-Block, Chetakpuri Gate, Gwalior, MP 474001.
- Pan-India Delivery: We deliver across India through trusted courier partners including DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post.
- International Shipping: Available on request. Please contact us for international delivery charges and timelines.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Custom / Bespoke Orders: 15 to 45 days from order confirmation, depending on the complexity of design, embroidery, and fabric availability.
- Bridal Lehengas & Heavy Occasion Wear: 30 to 60 days recommended. We advise placing bridal orders at least 2–3 months before the event.
- Minor Alterations / Ready Adjustments: 3 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Transit (after garment is ready): 3–7 business days for domestic delivery, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
- In-Store Pickup (Gwalior): Free of charge.
- Domestic Shipping: ₹200–₹500 depending on the package weight and destination. Free shipping on orders above ₹15,000.
- International Shipping: Charges will be communicated on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination country.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch.
4. Packaging
- All garments are carefully ironed/steamed, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and packed in our signature Verve boxes.
- Heavy bridal garments come with additional protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Dupatta and accessories are packed separately with care instructions included.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your garment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email.
- You can track your shipment through the courier partner's website or by contacting us directly.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your garment arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- In case of any discrepancy, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs.
- Replacement or rectification will be provided at no additional cost for genuine manufacturing defects.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Custom-made garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Minor alterations after delivery can be arranged — simply bring the garment to our boutique or ship it back with the fitting details.
